Is Outsourcing a Good Idea?
I have more technical writing work than I can handle right now, so I am considering outsourced technical writing. I have never outsourced this kind of task before, and I am unsure how much control I would have over the final result. Has anyone here tried it? Did outsourcing actually give you more free time? How did you share your instructions and information? I would really like to hear honest experiences from people who have done this before. Was it worth the change?
